Support email
support@simplyfill.app — the main channel for account, billing, and product issues.
When emailing support, please include:
- Your account email (or organization ID)
- A short description of the issue
- A request ID if you can grab one — every API response includes
X-Request-IDin the headers - Steps to reproduce, if relevant
Response SLAs by tier
Response time is the first human reply, not resolution. SLAs apply to requests filed during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm US Central).

ENTERPRISE customers get a contractual SLA in their master agreement — check that document for the binding terms.
Community
For questions, idea-swapping, and seeing how other teams solve similar problems:
- GitHub Discussions — github.com/simplyfill/community/discussions. Public; searchable. Best for "is anyone else using SimplyFill with…" questions.
- Discord — invite at simplyfill.app/discord. Lighter-weight than GitHub, faster turn-around for community help.
Community channels are not support channels — for billing issues, account access, or anything time-sensitive, email support@simplyfill.app.
Bug reports
If you've found a bug — anything where the API or dashboard doesn't behave as the docs describe — please report it. The fastest path:
- Reproduce the bug in a minimal test case.
- Capture the request ID (
X-Request-IDheader on the response). - Email support@simplyfill.app with subject
[BUG]and the request ID, repro steps, and expected behaviour.
For security bugs, please follow the vulnerability disclosure process instead. Public bug reports for security issues are not appreciated.
Feature requests
Two channels for product feedback:
- GitHub Discussions (community/discussions/categories/feature-requests) — public, voteable, transparent.
- Email — for confidential requests (e.g. roadmap conversations involving NDA-covered details), email product@simplyfill.app.
We review the top-voted GitHub items every quarter as part of roadmap planning.
Incident updates
Email security@simplyfill.app to be added to the incident notification list. A public status page will launch when sustained traffic justifies it.
